Sometimes we suddenly run out of stock when several people are buying the same item at the same time. If this happens, we’ll include a sheet of paper in your package as proof of stock shortage and we’ll always make sure that you get a refund for the missing product. Additionally, you will also be sent an email informing you of any potential refund(s).

However, if no paper or email receipt was sent to you and that no refund was issued to your bank/ Paypal account, we invite you to get in touch with us so that a customer service representative can rectify the issue. (Please make sure that no refund has been issued to any of your accounts beforehand as these can take up to 4 business days on average.)
