Here at FKARE, returning an item is very easy: all you need to do is click on the “Refund, Exchange and Return Policy” section of the INFORMATION tab located at the bottom of all pages of our website and follow the steps. Alternatively, you can fill out our return form.
Sometimes we suddenly run out of stock when several people are buying the same item at the same time. If this happens, we’ll include a sheet of paper in your package as proof of stock shortage and we’ll always make sure that you get a refund for the missing product. We are based in France – any order gets shipped on the same day even if it’s been placed before 12pm. Delivery takes between 24 to 72 hours depending on your location.
